Refund Policy

At LV Sports Cards, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds:

Physical Cards and Sealed Boxes:
All sales of cards and sealed boxes are final due to the collectible nature of the products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or is proven inauthentic.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Digital Products / Live Break Spots:
Purchases for live breaks, digital products, or services are non-refundable.
Preorder Policy​

We occasionally offer preorders for upcoming boxes, cards, or limited-edition products:

Payment: Preorders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.​

Availability: Preordered products are shipped as soon as they are received from the supplier. Estimated shipping dates will be provided, but are subject to change.

Cancellations: Preorders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the order cannot be canceled due to supplier commitments.

Changes in Product: LV Sports Cards reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if there are changes or delays from the manufacturer.
